Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Trading Souq will gladly assist you.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • Photos or videos may be requested to verify the issue.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected.
  • Approved refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred on our side.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged depending on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Products
