Delivery Time

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your city and courier availability.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Trading Souq currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Customers are required to pay the full order amount upon delivery.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Shipping Conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
  • Incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers may delay or cancel delivery.
  • Courier delays caused by weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Failed Deliveries

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.


Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
